Event Description
The Kent Freedom Movement are once again supporting one of our members Alan Gowing in The High Court.

On the 22nd of March the case crumbled and the judge dismissed the case.
However on the 11th December 2013 Alan is being taken to the High Court in The Strand by the CPS by way of case stated to enable the CPS case against him to be heard for a second time.
Previously the head of the CPS stated in court that he had never seen this man before, yet when full disclosure was given in court it was evident that the CPS representative Mr O'desoti had lied to the judge, therefore he was attempting to pervert the course of justice.
We once again ask KFM members to come along and support Alan against this blatant corruption and abuse of process.
Times will be amended when we know the exact details.
