August 4, 2014 from 9:15am to 5pm – Southend Magistrates Court i am being tried for closing the door on a Debt Collectors Foot. The charge i believe is common assault. The collector was there ultra vires and tried to gain entry after being told to leave. i wish… Organized by Molon: Labe | Type: trial
