Troubled Waltham Forest Council Loses Court Case Over Fraudulent SPD Form

Actor, writer-singer and documentary maker Mark Windows, has triumphantly won a court case against troubled Waltham Forest Council after it was proved and agreed by the Magistrate; that the council had blatantly lied and tried their utmost to deceive the rest of the community that ultimately would affect everyone else in the country who too faced a similar dilemma.

Why the silence?  You'll notice I first contacted the media about the BBC Madness in the Fast Lane documentary, and posted such an announcement on various websites and FB pages. - This will be a year ago next week. Yet they still chose to ignore the case and why I decided to write A Madness Shared by Two, then what did they do? - Ignore that as well! 

I've had two of Sweden's biggest tabloids contact and interview me about this case, it was only last week when the Sunday Mirror interviewed me and Sharon, yet they too have gone quite. There have only been a couple of mentions in local Staffordshire newspapers, - it's odd, most odd. I even mention this in the book and did so at the presentation to KFM on the 28th February 2013, - how come such a infamous case such as this, and then on Sabina's release completely now ignored. Was her realsese done so secrectly and why there was no media coverage. We know how they normally work, figthing tooth and nail for the best position and capture the first ever photograph a "pyschopathic" killer who ran out ont the M6 motorway like she did, so why all the silence on this case?

Even if they might not agree with some of our findings and opinions, they cannot ignore the facts that all the evidence combined which proves two knives/weapons were used to kill Glenn Hollinshead. His wounds appear to have been carried out by a right handed person, the stabs wounds are all on the left hand side of his body, Sabina is left handed. The police have blatantly lied in the BBC documentary, when they said they had no idea why Sabina was in the UK, as did another of the officers when he stated he'd spoken to the parther and he said it was the first he knew about her disappearance, when the book reveals she had been into a Liverpool police station only 5 hours before their mad dash onto the M6 motorway. As we now know the police had already spoken to her partner that morning in Ireland.

Then millions who watched the film and particulary the Hollinshead family all wondered and questioned; "Why was Sabina released from hospital after only five hours from that crazy incident." Her sister Ursula lay in intensive care, so what was all the rush? Yet we then discovered the edited out film footage [which can be seen on youtube and the KFM website] showing that the twins were originally and rightly so; "arrested" under section 136 of the Mental Health Act, and to make matters worst, the police have no record of this despite all the paper work PC Finlayson had filled out and copies given to the hospital involved and who too are not cooperating with the Hollinshead family, as they too are refusing to hand over copies of their records for that night the twins were taken in there.

As you know, we claim there has clearly been a police cover-up along with other authorities colluding with them and that major police undercover operations such as Operation Junko involving £3.5bn worth of cutting agents were running at the same time and what we believe the Eriksson twins we likely involved in.

We suspect they were already under "police observation" and before they ran onto the M6. So please don't tell me there's no story here for the media to wish to ignore it, for as I say we've been interviewed about it, and it's not until we reveal the knitty-gritty bits, that they then go silent!

Is there someone intervening? Does such a thing exist?

We know the police and government often ask for a media blackout, but this case is long gone now, so really cannot understand as to why the media have not wished to pick up on our points and the new evidence exposed?

Well let's see what happens over time, as the Hollishead family are seeking legal action.

I have sent this email to a list of newspapers and other related media or people, some listed below, and would be interested to see in anything arises from the them. I contacted the BBC’s News-desk yesterday, though they haven’t got back yet, nor has the Sun newspaper and others in general;

Where are those Paul Foot kinds of journalists gone? - In the attached below link, is an article, where you perhaps might like to dismiss what it suggests what the sisters could be, - but more importantly, it is advised you address the matter of; "Where is Sabina Eriksson?"
It would be appreciated to know what your thoughts on the following matter are, and would like to hear what it is you think you could perhaps do to help address matter. This film footage found within the link of the M6 suicide dash by the Eriksson twins into oncoming traffic on the motorway in 2008, went worldwide, as was it was also front page news on many a newspaper and a lead story to many a news bulletin.  It was followed up by the BBC in a 40min documentary; ‘Madness in the Fast-Lane’, - yet why did it all go silent as soon as Sabina was convicted in 2009 for the murder of Glen Hollinshead? Why has her widely misreported release not been covered?

Why haven't the BBC recovered the outcome of this story they first brought to the nation’s attention? As this story in most certainly one of a national interest, as it's been said by doctors, that the twins could have a relapse at said anytime.
It must be said that the public have the right to know; ‘When will it be safe to go back on the motorway’? ‘Where is Sabina?’

Surely the media must have made inquiries as it got nearer the time of Sabina's release, so what happened?

What editor of a newspaper, magazine or hack wouldn't give their right arm to get the first ever photograph and story of the notorious M6 Madness in the Fast lane star and killer?
So why is this case turning out to be more like a case of - Silence of the Lambs?

UPDATE - Eddie Goldtooth NOT GUILTY!!  Today's 4/3/2013 verdict was better than Friday's 1/3/2013 verdict, for in this case 4 British Transport police officers attended and appeared to give false statements despite taking oath and swearing not to.  The two Magistrates seem to be able to see all throught the lies and deceit, and after a twenty minute recess and concluding of the evidence, they returned a NOT GUILTY of "Obstuction" - on a jubilant Eddie Goldtooth and an even more jubliant crowd in the public gallery who all cheered with joy and applauded the Magistrates!  Power the People!!!
