You'll learn the foundational information so you know and understand why asking questions is so effective. The most effective strategy and method to getting bureaucrats to leave you alone is to be non-confrontational and to destroy the facade the tyrant is putting up.

We make it impossible for the bureaucrat to make the charade look good. It's very uncomfortable to contradict yourself in front of people who think you're an authority or costumed and funny wigged god.

Asking if there's valid cause of action and for the facts is effective, but much more so when you know why, and understand, and can back it up. We  will go through a lot of information, including:

* The nature of government and of tyrants' "due process" procedures
* How to write and file Applications/motions, including appeals and stopping trials/hearings
* How to effectively cross-examine/question a bureaucrat/witness to have him or her declared incompetent
* Why focusing on the witness's competency and the facts is more effective than raising legal arguments
* You'll also learn how to get prosecutors and other Government agents to admit they don't have any evidence or proof, and how to effectively follow-up and have them stop laughing.

There will be an open questions and answers session, and we shall also be Doing role-playing and mock trial proceedings.

The practical applications of this information will relate to:

Challenging parking tickets (Council issued & Private)

Traffic offences, speeding and other alleged & victimless) “offences”, seatbelts, etc

On the spot fines Council and/or Police

Taxation (Council tax & income tax)

Strategies for dealing with Bailiffs & DCA’s.

This in incredible stuff, knowledge is certainly power and we need this knowledge if we have any chances of becoming free in this land of terror. There comes a time when the  man will not be able to run any longer  and he will be left with no other option but to turn back and fight  his/her chaser.
