It was a pleasure for us to meet with you also.  Sitting around a table with like minded others takes the whole concept of Freemen and Lawful Rebellion to a new level - it helps to take it out of our heads and into real life for a while; a worthwhile experience at any time.  We're looking forward to the next meeting and hope that we can continue to contribute in positive fashion.

Thank you for adding me. I am a private individual who has been wrongfully arrested by the police and falsely charged. I was acquitted on an Abuse of Process Argument which was held by a Crown Court Judge in Liverpool. The police withheld/destroyed crucial CCTV evidence in relation to my Defence.

During the proceedings the CCTV operator was found by the Court to have committed perjury and perverting the course of public justice and an order was made for an investigation into his evidence which was in the form of a statement and a transcript of a 999 call log he made to the police in which he stated why have I been arrested as I had done nothing wrong.

His trial is now being followed by the press and I intend to take various parties involved to court for damages.

As a result of my experiences I set up a facebook group called Warriors for Justice (http://www.facebook.com/#!/groups/wfj2010/ ) for people who had experienced similar circumstances at the hands of the police. It was through that group that I heard about this site and I understand this site/group has spoken of common law et al, which is of interest to me and matters of constitutional affairs etc. I am yet to fully review your site, but look forward to doing so in due course.

Because I am disabled and unable to sit for more than a few minutes adn stand or walk at all without incurring severe pain It's highly unlikely that I will be able to attend any meetings, but I'll be there in spirit.

I have lots to share but I find it a lot easier on Skype..do many on this group Skype. Ive just got an interested response back from the Professional Standards Dept, regarding my claim for unlawful detainment and his force members aiding and abetting a private agent take my van without a sealed warrant or presenting any Identification. 

The Inspector has announced the case has no merit of succeeding, so he will not allow it to go any further. 

But the PSD force Solicitor has agreed with my claim that the private Agent acting on behalf of the bank (ING lease ltd UK) to recover my van needed a scaled warrant as laid down in their own Civil Procedure Rules, 

I now have a lengthy process of having to file a claim for injury to the relevant parties..

I may need some help with civil claims court procedure and wondered if you have any contacts with any Left Wing Lawyers/solicitors.?

I have been going down the 'Ucadian' Sovereign route, but now feel I need to do a transition to competent citizen through small civil courts to increase my chances of actually landing a fiduciary win on the table. Any good contacts who may be able to help in navigating through the claim through courts would be brill.
