Appeal Hearing on "Speeding" Case morphed into "Failure to provide Driver details" case
Appeal Hearing Granted after "Fine & Penalty points" against STRAWMAN at SEVENOAKS in Nov 2012 (due to one or more of; refusal to allow DEFENDANT to be re-presented; non-presdentation of filed documents; abuse of process/CPR)

Request for 1. Witnesses 2. Moral Support 3. Co-learning in Remedy to include

OFFER to "SETTLE, PAY and PLEA after addressing some CONCERNS" ie NO CONTROVERSY NO BELLIGERENCE
1. Correct standing as a man not the NAME
2. Request for proof of claim
3. Request for non-providable proof performing a function of government at time of alleged offence ie statutes do not apply
4. Lack of Corpus Delicti

5. Issue of use of CROWN PROPERTY of the NAME

plus post-hearing discussion of remedy either way WHATEVER the outcome namely

a) settle any order/fine with BoE Redraft and/or A4V
b) no evidence on original alleged speeding offence voiding any subsequent "failure to supply DRIVER details" order
