Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.
I am putting out a request for observers to come to court and sit in the Public gallery on the 10th January at Romford Magistrates court.

If you can come and observe, the more the merrier, it will ensure that Justice will prevail.

Case is CPS V Alan Gowing. 
Brief summery: In July Alan went on holiday abroad. Whilst there Plod come into his work premises which were closed, and took photos in a diary in his office. The diary is not Alan's and the police had no authority to be in his locked premises.( Plod actually went to the wrong office)
3 months later they accuse him of "not writing in his book immediately of a transaction he made" ____ That would be because he was
1. Closed
2. Sitting in the sun with a monkey on his head
3. 3000 miles away
4. The policeman had trespassed into the wrong unit in Alan's industrial estate.

The CPS have no evidence that the diary was Alan's ..... His handwriting is not in it
the CPS have no evidence against Alan..full stop, however they do have evidence that the Policeman trespassed
The only way this can possibly be allowed to even get to court would be if this was a "set up" and Alan is about to be rail- roaded. We need as much support as necessary, to ensure that Alan gets a fair trial.
