I have just received a means enquiry summons.This is for unpaid council tax dating back to 2011.I have been paying what I can afford when I can afford it as my circumstances have generally been very tight. When I have discussed this with them over the phone they have always insisted that the amount I was offering was not enough and they would not accept it however they have never turned down any of the payments I have continued to make online.Any ideas anyone?See More
