Plenty of information on here to get through, plus you can add your own blog and forum discussion.
You can upload a profile picture of your choice, plus change the appearance of your page, by clicking on the relevant link on the left hand side of your page.
There is a live chat on the front page where you can talk to other memebers.You can also message them on their page.
