The title of this poem is Don't follow the sheep,

I have just seen an advertisement for a well known tea brand saying that they have got a new version of green tea out.

Now when most people think of green tea they think of the health benefits (antioxidants, lower caffeine content) this version though has one more ingredient that it could do without... FLUORIDE!

That's right! you can now get green tea with fluoride. so check the labels my friends.

It's nearly upon us again, we have had the football and now its time for the Olympics.The  event that's dripping in symbolism and going to cost the country an absolute fortune, when the money could be far better spent on the homeless and family's who live in grinding poverty!

Its a chance for the global elite to meet up and pat each other on the back on a job well done while crowds cheer on people who…
